Rentals
Currently rentals are suspended until further notice due to COVID-19. Public restroom facilities will also be closed.
Pittard Park Pavilions
The Pittard Park Pavilions are available for rent in the spring, summer, and fall.
Large Pavilion
This facility has a covered area with picnic tables and a fully equipped kitchen. The children’s playground is next to the building. The rental rate is $300 per day with a $100 (cash only) refundable deposit.
Small Pavilions
The #2 smaller Pavilion is available to rent for $50.00. The facility includes 4 picnic tables, electricity, lights, a fan, and an outdoor BBQ grill.
The #3 small Pavilion is a simple outdoor covered Pavilion in the wooded area of the park.
BBQ Pit
Rental of just the BBQ Pit is $50.00
We accept cash, check, or credit card for the rental fee, but the deposit must be cash.
Restrooms are available for both facilities.

Winterville Depot
The Depot is available for rent year-round. The rental rate is $300 per day with a $100 (cash only) refundable security deposit. A fully equipped kitchen and restrooms are available.

Community Center
This is the completely renovated historic high school building. Enrichment classes of all subject matter are provided most weekdays.
The fully equipped demonstration kitchen and dining hall are available for events such as parties, meetings, and other events. Auditorium
The newest of our venues is the Auditorium still in the renovation stage, yet usable in its current state. We are looking forward to taking reservations for plays, concerts, weddings, and other events when the renovation process is completed.

Wesley Whitehead Park
The ball fields on Cherokee Road are available for reservation. There is no charge for a reservation, but we do require a $50 (cash only) refundable deposit. There are no restrooms. Trash must be picked up and taken away or deposit will not be returned.
