Regular Meeting
Monday April 5, 2021 – 5:30 pm

Regular Meeting

Chairman White called the Meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
Member Dawson moved to approve the minutes of March 1, 2021. The motion was seconded by Smith and approved
unanimously.

Old Business:

New Business:
1. JW York Homes submitted an application for a new home and detached garage, 695 Parkview Drive, Lot #31
Winterville Station. Member Watwood moved to approve as submitted, seconded by Member Dawson and
approved unanimously.
2. Scott Howard, 390 South Main Street, submitted an application for a pool. Member Smith moved to approve as
submitted, seconded by Member Dawson and approved unanimously.
3. Mr. Joseph Willey, Lightnin’ Bug B&B, 455 North Main Street, submitted an application for a business license
for an owner/operated Bed & Breakfast. Member Dawson moved to approve as submitted, seconded by Member
Smith and approved unanimously.
4. Brianne Harrison, 126 Harris Lane, submitted an application for a new home. Member Smith moved to approve
as submitted, seconded by Member Watwood and approved unanimously.
5. Matthew Fennell, 217 Robert Hardeman Road, submitted an application for solar panels to be installed to the side
of his home. Having been approved by the Historic Preservation Committee Member Dawson moved to approve
as submitted, seconded by Member Watwood and unanimously approved.

Having no further business the meeting adjourned at 5:44 pm.
