Public Hearing #1 Zoning Ordinance Amendments – 6:00 pm

The Mayor and City Council will hold a public hearing on November 10, 2020 at 6:00 at the Winterville Auditorium located at 373 N Church Street to consider an amendment to the text of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Winterville.  The proposed amendments include changes to the procedures and composition for the Variance Hearings Board and changes to permitted uses in residential zoning districts. Those wishing to address Mayor and City Council are required to sign up on a form provided by the City prior to the commencement of the hearing.

Public Hearing #2 Proposed 2021 Budget – 6:30 pm

The Winterville City Council will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday November 10, 2020 at 6:30 pm in the Winterville Auditorium; to receive public input regarding the Proposed City of Winterville Budget for the year 2021. Documents are available for review at City Hall or on the City’s website: www.cityofwinterville.com.  Those wishing to address Mayor and City Council are required to sign up on a form provided by the City prior to the commencement of the hearing.
