Public Hearing #1 Prohibition of Through Trucks on Main Street Ordinance – 6:00 pm

The Mayor and City Council will hold a public hearing on December 8, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the Winterville Auditorium located at 373 N Church Street, Winterville, GA 30683 to consider an amendment to the Ordinances for the City of Winterville to prohibit vehicles with more than six (6) wheels from travelling along Main Street. All those having an interest in should be present and be required to sign in to address Mayor and Council.

Public Hearing #2 Alcohol Ordinance – 6:30 pm

The Mayor and City Council will hold a public hearing on December 8, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at the Winterville Auditorium located at 373 N Church Street, Winterville, GA 30683 to consider an amendment to the Ordinances for the City of Winterville to authorize the issuance for alcohol sales and for excise taxes on alcohol sales. All those having an interest in should be present and be required to sign in to address Mayor and Council.

Public Hearing #3 Business License Occupational Tax

The Mayor and City Council will hold a public hearing on December 8, 2020 at 6:45 p.m. at the Winterville Auditorium located at 373 N Church Street, Winterville, GA 30683 to consider an amendment to the Ordinances for the City of Winterville concerning business licenses. All those having an interest in should be present and be required to sign in to address Mayor and Council.
