The Winterville City Council will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at 6:30 pm in the Winterville City Hall; to receive public input regarding the Proposed City of Winterville Budget for the year 2019. Documents are available for review at City Hall. Those wishing to address Mayor and City Council are required to sign up on a form provided by the City prior to the commencement of the hearing.
